PKR: Yes only to Anwar as PM, no to third time for Dr M


PETALING JAYA: An emergency PKR meeting said that the party will only support the proposal of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim as the next prime minister and says no to the return of former premier Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad for the third time.

In a statement issued after a meeting via video conferencing on Friday (June 19) morning, the PKR leadership and party MPs said the party will not support any proposal for Dr Mahathir to be made the PM.
