KUALA LUMPUR: Sabah Infrastructure Development Minister Datuk Peter Anthony, who was expected to be charged at the Sessions Court here today (June 22) over corruption, was not present at the proceedings, causing his case to be pushed to July 10.
His lawyer Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla informed the court that his client suffered from vertigo and was admitted to the KPJ Kota Kinabalu Specialist Hospital on Sunday (June 21) evening.
