BUKIT MERTAJAM: When schools reopened after a three-month closure due to the pandemic, school bus operators took steps to ensure students adhered to the standard operating procedure (SOP).

A check by The Star at SMJK Jit Sin in Taman Rambai here found students heading straight for their waiting school buses and vans when class was dismissed at about 2pm yesterday, under the supervision of teachers.
