BUTTERWORTH: The Penang Road Transport Department (JPJ) has nabbed 11 illegal e-hailing drivers and seized their cars in an operation.
State JPJ director Adenan Md Isa said the drivers were nabbed during an operation carried out by 30 personnel from his department on Wednesday (June 24) in Penang.
