BUTTERWORTH: Eleven men were each slapped with a RM1,000 compound each for playing football at a playground in Taman Bagan here.
North Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said police on patrol found the men aged from 19 to 23 playing football at 1.30am on Sunday (June 28).
