Former Penang Port Commission chairman Chew released after posting bail


GEORGE TOWN: Former Penang Port Commission chairman Jeffrey Chew, who was arrested on Tuesday (June 30) in connection with the Penang Undersea Tunnel probe was released after his remand ended on Saturday (July 4).

Chew was released at 1.05pm after he posted bail at the Penang Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters.
