KUALA LUMPUR: The son of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin, has to pay RM37.6mil in tax arrears between 2011 and 2017 to the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN).
This follows the High Court’s decision that allowed LHDN’s application for a summary judgment in its suit against Nazifuddin, 37, to claim the said amount.
