Al Jazeera reporter, several others to be called to Bukit Aman this week


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Several individuals connected with Al Jazeera, as well one of its journalists, will be called up by the police this week for investigation into a documentary said to be an inaccurate depiction of the Malaysian government's treatment of illegal immigrants during the fight against Covid-19.

Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department deputy director (Investigation/Legal) DCP Mior Faridalathrash Wahid on Wednesday (July 8) said the police had contacted several individuals.
