NIBONG TEBAL: A 21-year-old security guard was killed when she was hit by a car at Jalan Baru Batu Kawan on Monday (July 13) night.
South Seberang Prai OCPD Supt Lee Chong Chern said that the victim, Siti Khadijah Abdul Razab, was killed at the scene in the incident which occurred at about 10.45pm.
