Johor govt to request over RM500mil allocation for road upgrades, development projects in Pontian

PONTIAN: The Johor state government will be requesting for two major road upgrading and development projects from the Federal Government in Pontian, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of more than RM500mil.

Johor Public Works, Infrastructure and Transportation Committee chairman Mohd Solihan Badri said the proposal has been sent under the 12th Malaysia Plan (RMK-12), involving roadworks at Pekan Nenas to Taman Maju, and Parit Selangor to Taman Nusantara.
