KUALA LUMPUR: Varsity students are asking for the government to consider their proposal of a 25% reduction in tuition fees following the government’s announcement that it will give a 15% reduction in hostel, administrative and activity fees.
While the students welcomed the 15% reduction in non-tuition fees, some feel that more could be done, especially to help those from lower-income families.
