LYNAS Corporation must start the process of building a permanent disposal facility (PDF) by next March to avoid possible revocation of its operating licence, said Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin.
“Lynas must start work to build the PDF at a suitable site within a year from the date it was granted the extension on its operating licence by the Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) in March this year.
