IPOH: It is within the rights of the family of firefighter Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim to initiate a civil suit over the incident which caused his November 2018 death, says Datuk Seri Ismail Abd Muttalib.
The Deputy Housing and Local Government minister said the family and the people have been seeking justice.
