No plans to amend laws compelling companies over salary disclosure based on gender, says minister


KUALA LUMPUR: There are no plans to amend the law to compel companies to disclose the salaries of their employees based on gender, says Datuk Alexander Nanta Linggi (pic).

"The issue of salary disclosure is not within the scope of the Companies Act and the Companies Commission.
