PETALING JAYA: The movement control order (MCO) should be enforced with a targeted approach, stricter enforcement and a wider testing capacity to prevent a second wave of infections, say public health experts.
Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said yesterday that the government would reintroduce stricter forms of the MCO if the number of new Covid-19 cases hit three digits daily.
