KOTA KINABALU: The United Progressive Kinabalu Organisation (Upko) is looking at the state snap polls as a chance to field the party's preferred candidates.
Upko president Datuk Seri Madius Tangau claimed that in the last polls, there were fewer opportunities due to "outside interference".
