Man suspected of raping, pimping wife and daughter to be charged


PETALING JAYA: A 43-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of raping and forcing both his wife and daughter into prostitution will be charged in court on Thursday (Aug 6).

Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Fadzil Ahmat said the suspect was expected to be charged under Section 13b and Section 14 of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants Act (Atipsom) for use of force to traffic a person for the purpose of exploitation and trafficking a child for the purpose of exploitation respectively.
