KUALA LUMPUR: A syndicate believed to have just started distributing syabu in the Klang Valley has been crippled by police.
Gombak OCPD Asst Comm Arifai Tarawe said following intelligence gathering, a team from his Narcotic Crime Investigation Department arrested two men and a woman at the parking lot of a supermarket in Batu Caves at around 5pm last Thursday. All three tested positive for methamphetamine.
