PETALING JAYA: Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong and his wife Datin Seri Jessica Lim paid their last respects to the late Datin Chan Fong Ying.
The late Chan was the wife of Datuk Woon See Chin, the former deputy education minister and former MCA vice president.
