Nearly 1,000 villagers in Tawar district screened

ALOR SETAR: Nearly 1,000 villagers in Kedah’s Tawar district have been screened for Covid-19 following the emergence of a new cluster where nine members of a family were found to be infected.

The villagers queued up as early as 7.45am yesterday at the Tawar health clinic to undergo a nasal swab test and throat swab test.
