KOTA KINABALU: The High Court here will decide on Friday (Aug 21) if they can hear a case by Tan Sri Musa Aman and 32 other assemblymen challenging Sabah Governor Tun Juhar Mahiruddin’s decision to dissolve the state assembly.
Sarawak-based High Court judicial commissioner Leonard David Shim allowed for the adjournment after hearing submissions from both parties on Monday (Aug 17) after counsel for the assemblymen, Tengku Fuad Tengku Ahmad, applied for more time to reply to the submissions.
