GEORGE TOWN: The Penang High Court has dismissed an application to be allowed bail by M. Santhea who has been charged with murdering her newborn daughter.
Judge Datuk Amirudin Abd Rahman made the decision after hearing arguments from defence counsel RSN Rayer.
