KUALA LUMPUR: A family from Penang made the heart-breaking decision to sever ties with their eldest son as they were harassed by loan sharks after he borrowed money to feed his gambling habit.
“Since Aug 12, the family has been harassed by loan sharks wanting to collect his debts,” said MCA Public Services and Complaints Department chief Datuk Seri Michael Chong.
