PETALING JAYA: The Rukun Negara is not a mere oath but is something that points to where the nation should aspire to be, says moderation advocate Anas Zubedy.
He pointed out that the Rukun Negara encompassed the whole Federal Constitution, and in the full charter, in the part just before the five pillars which Malaysians recite every day, the aspirations were spelt out.
