GEORGE TOWN: Parking fees will not be imposed until the Penang Smart Parking (PSP) system is up and running again without any glitches, says state local government committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo.
He said that the PSP system which went offline on Tuesday (Sept 1) was supposed to be working by 11am on Wednesday (Sept 2).
