KUALA LUMPUR: Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor tried to put a gag on the media from reporting the testimony of her former aide who turned key prosecution witness, but the High Court dismissed her application.
Datuk Rizal Mansor, who is the 21st prosecution witness, was reading from his 46-page witness statement during examination-in-chief when the defence objected to certain parts of his statement which they claimed to be “highly prejudicial” and amounted to “character assassination”.
