PUTRAJAYA: Twenty-seven illegal immigrants were nabbed for attempting to leave the country via unauthorised routes during an Ops Benteng exercise, which also saw 65 undocumented foreigners detained nationwide.
Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob (pic) said they were arrested in Bandar Penawar, Johor, by armed forces personnel.
