IPOH: YouTuber S. Pavithra’s husband M. Sugu, was given a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) by a Sessions Court here over a charge of assaulting her in July.

Judge Norashima Khalid made the decision after a request from Deputy Public Prosecutor Liyana Zawani Mohd Radzi. This was despite Sugu’s counsel asking for him to be acquitted and discharged after Pavithra took an oath that she would not be taking further action.
