Cops to conduct special ops to curb jewellery heists


KUALA LUMPUR: City police will conduct a special operation and hold meetings with jewellers and money changers following the gold heist at Sungai Besi Expressway on Monday (Sept 21).

Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Saiful Azly Kamaruddin said the police will discuss with industry players in taking new measures to prevent such an incident from reccurring in the future.
