KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The High Court here has set new dates to hear former attorney general Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali’s RM10mil suit against DAP advisor Lim Kit Siang for allegedly defaming him in an article on the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.

Judge Datuk Azimah Omar fixed April 5 to 9 next year for the trial after lawyer M. Visvanathan, representing Apandi, informed the court that Lim could not be present in court on Monday (Sept 28) as he had recently travelled to Sabah and is now under quarantine due to Covid-19.
