PETALING JAYA: Higher Education Minister Datuk Dr Noraini Ahmad (pic) has apologised for the “nightmare” students are facing, just as they were about to make their way to their respective campuses.

"I would like to apologise for the problems caused and I hope we can work together to stop the spread of Covid-19," she said.
