ALOR SETAR: The managing director of a company from Selangor has been remanded for four days to assist in investigations into alleged fraudulent claims under the government's Covid-19 wage subsidy programme.
It was his second remand in a week. Last Tuesday, the 33-year-old was detained by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in connection with a government tender in the state worth RM22mil two years ago.
