KOTA KINABALU: Barbed wire, roadblocks and patrols round the clock are in place to ensure the public abide by the targeted enhanced movement control order (MCO) and the conditional MCO.

Sabah Commissioner of Police Comm Datuk Hazani Ghazali said the barbed wire was put up in Kunak, Semporna, Tawau and Lahad Datu, which have been placed under the targeted enhanced MCO.
