Health DG: Nearly 70% of Covid-19 cases in Selangor are local transmissions

PETALING JAYA: Nearly 70% of the 26 active Covid-19 clusters in Selangor are not linked to those who returned from Sabah recently, says Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

He said that out of the 26 active Covid-19 clusters in Selangor, 18 clusters or 69.2% were local infections, while the remaining eight clusters or 30.8% are linked to those who returned from Sabah after the state elections last month.
