Police nab man with over RM146k worth of contraband cigarettes


BATU PAHAT: Police arrested a 26-year-old man with RM146,820 worth of contraband cigarettes stuffed into his car.

The man was found driving along Jalan Senggarang here with 695 cartons of the illicit goods of various brands around 11am on Thursday (Oct 22), said General Operations Force (GOF) Fifth Battalion commanding officer Supt Dimin Awang.
