KUALA LUMPUR: M. Indira Gandhi has filed a RM100mil suit against the police, the Home Ministry and the Government over the alleged failure to locate and return her 12-year-old missing child, Prasana Diksa, to her.
The lawsuit was filed through Messrs Raj & Sach at the High Court registry via e-filing here on Wednesday (Oct 28).
