PETALING JAYA: Malaysian teacher Samuel Isaiah (pic) is in the list of top 10 finalists for the Global Teacher Prize 2020.

The SK Runchang, Pahang teacher was shortlisted from a selection of over 12,000 nominations and applications from more than 140 countries.
