Backbencher suggests all 221 MPs be quarantined under one roof to prevent ‘Parliament cluster’


KUALA LUMPUR: A senior lawmaker has suggested that all 221 MPs be quarantined under one roof for the remaining Dewan Rakyat meeting to avoid the possibility of a Covid-19 “Parliament cluster” from emerging.

"MPs return to their constituencies every week and may go into a Covid-19 red zone and bring the virus back to Parliament or bring the virus from Parliament to their constituencies.
