PUTRAJAYA: There is no need for panic buying for the upcoming Deepavali celebrations as shops are allowed to open, says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The Health director-general said such a phenomenon would only cause big crowds to come out, which in turn would expose people to the risk of Covid-19 infection.
