PETALING JAYA: Several states will be facing significantly heavy rain with the northeast monsoon season expected to start on Wednesday (Nov 11), says the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia).
"The northeast monsoon or rainy season in Malaysia is expected to begin on Nov 11 this year and end in March next year.
