KOTA KINABALU: Prayers in mosque and surau are now allowed to resume in Sabah during the conditional movement control order (MCO), subject to standard operating procedure (SOP), says state Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun.
The state government, he said, made the decision after agreeing with the proposal by the Sabah Mufti.
