MELAKA: Shoplifters in the state are on the rise in the state, and it has nothing to do with the Covid-19 affected economy.

Sadly, Melaka CID Chief Asst Comm Mohd Sukri Kaman (pic) said most of these cases were linked to habitual shoplifting behaviour.
