GEORGE TOWN: The mute Korean pastor who was charged with two counts of outraging the modesty of two men at Butterworth two weeks ago, is facing a similar charge at the Magistrate's Court here.
However, the charge was not read to him before Magistrate Rosnee Mohd Radzuan as there was no international sign language interpreter available.
