JOHOR BARU: Mobile policing vehicle (MPV) personnel in hotspot states are the first

to receive an initial batch of 800 reflective bulletproof, anti-stab vests this year. Bukit Aman Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department director Comm Datuk Zainal Abidin Kasim said priority was given to large states such as Johor and states with a higher crime rate such as Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Penang.
