KUANTAN: It was a race against time as the Pahang Fire and Rescue Department rushed to transport multiple organs by helicopter to a hospital a few hundred kilometres away in Kuala Lumpur.
Its director Wan Mohammad Zaidi Wan Isa said the family of a recently deceased donor had consented to have four main organs donated.
