GEORGE TOWN: It was former finance minister Lim Guan Eng who sidelined Penang and he should not feign ignorance, says Datuk Tan Teik Cheng.

The MCA vice-president urged Lim not to feign ignorance to rile public emotions by playing the victim over federal funds for Penang.
