Cases at over 2,000 for seventh day in a row


PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia’s new Covid-19 cases were above the 2,000 mark for the seventh day in a row as the government reintroduced the movement control order (MCO) in several states.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the country recorded 2,232 new Covid-19 cases yesterday, bringing the tally to 138,224.
