A different kind of vaccine hesitation among youth


PETALING JAYA: Many young Malaysians have expressed their apprehension about getting vaccinated against Covid-19 while stressing that they are not “anti-vaxxers” – people who are sceptical about vaccination as a whole.

A copywriter who only wanted to be known as Yung, 32, said she was not an anti-vaxxer but would hold off on taking the vaccine because she was planning to have a baby this year.
