Khairuddin targets AG in second legal challenge over Emergency


KUALA LUMPUR: Former Umno leader Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan (pic) has filed a second legal challenge over the Emergency, this time aimed squarely at the Attorney General.

His latest filing was a judicial review application through law firm Messrs Haniff Khatri at the High Court here on Wednesday (Feb 3), naming Tan Sri Idrus Harun as the sole respondent.
