PETALING JAYA: A "consent form" for Covid-19 vaccination that has recently gone viral is not the final version of the document, the Health Ministry has clarified.
Health director-general Tan Sri Noor Hisham Abdullah said the "consent form" that has been circulating on social media is not the final version that will be used during the country’s vaccination programme.
